Dubuis (dew-bwee) is a lunchtime restaurant and catering company named after it’s chef-patron, and will be situated (from 4th of March 2019) inside the October Gallery in Holborn Tuesday - Friday.

The cuisine at Dubuis is based around fresh, seasonal and organically grown produce sourced primarily from sustainable British farms. Our menu is served alongside a small selection of tea, coffee and low-intervention wines.

We serve meat, fish and dairy, but encourage a healthy diet consisting primarily of whole grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds.

Adrien Dubuis was born in Camden Town, where he was immersed in a life that revolved around food. From an early age Adrien was helping out in his family’s catering business, before working at numerous restaurants across London including Casa Malevo and Oblix at The Shard.

“Every book is a quotation; and every house is a quotation out of all forests, and mines, and stone quarries; and every man is a quotation from all his ancestors. ”
